Several Aptos businesses have received eviction notices at Rancho Del Mar shopping center. The businesses have until September 30th to vacate the premises. The property owner says the evictions are necessary to upgrade the center. The affected businesses include Eric’s Deli which has been at the location for 40 years, and Sophia’s Tacos at the location for 36 years.
