(16:49) SEASIDE- An investigation into a Seaside police officer involved fatal shooting has found no wrong doing. The Monterey County District Attorney’s office cleared the officer who shot and killed Michael Donald Clark at the Auto mall in October of last year, after Clark opened fire on a fellow officer. The office also stated that said Clark had a nearly toxic amount of methamphetamine in his system the day of the incident
