(07:24) BIG SUR – The Big Sur International Marathon is expected to impact traffic on Highway 1 between Big Sur and Carmel on Sunday. Beginning at 4 a.m., southbound traffic will be restricted south of Carmel Highlands. Northbound lanes from Big Sur will be closed off at 6 a.m. Convoys will be available for anyone needing to travel north or south on Highway 1. All northbound vehicles must be north of Big Sur Post Office before 6 a.m. Convoys for southbound vehicles will depart at 8:45 a.m. and 11 a.m. from the Crossroads Shopping Village in Carmel.
