20 dogs, 8 puppies, and a cat have been rescued from a Soledad home. The dogs were reportedly forced to fight with each other for food. Reports indicate there was feces on the kitchen counters (and floors) of the Benito Street home. The dogs, puppies, and cat are being cared for at the S.P.C.A. of Monterey County, and Felony Animal Abuse charges are expected to be filed against the sisters who live in the home.
