The City of Santa Cruz has created a new online portal where citizens can request non-emergency services anytime, day or night. The online portal has been open for less than a week, said Susie O’Hara, who managed the project for the City Manager’s office.
Using the new portal, citizens can report bike or pedestrian hazards, encampments, graffiti, needles or syringes, property code violations, sewage spills or backups and traffic concerns. CRSP is available from the homepage at http://cityofsantacruz.com. Look for the “How Do I?” section on the front page, select “Report” and CRSP will appear ready to accept your complaint or request.
