The Monterey City Council is seeking residents to serve on the Neighborhood Improvement Program Committee. The council is encouraging residents of Skyline Ridge and Downtown Monterey to apply to serve on the committee for these unrepresented neighborhoods. Each fiscal year, the committee considers all submitted projects and recommends which projects should be funded.
