(11:00) Monterey – The Monterey Police Department reported that 2 people recently turned themselves in after they stole items from a church in Monterey. The theft took place last month at Shoreline Community Church. After numerous tips from the public, Vanessa Castro and Michael Misener were identified as suspects. Castro and Misener turned themselves into police and were arrested.
