(17:49) WATSONVILLE – A local produce warehouse will be getting a makeover. Watsonville’s Coast Produce’s warehouse won the state-of-the-art automation upgrade…including barcode software, printers, and handheld scanners….which means it will transition from manual to automated processes. During food recalls, the warehouse will be able to trace the affected products instantly, and the company will know exactly which produce came from where, and which customers to notify.
