(07:25) MARINA – Two people were arrested during a DUI checkpoint in Marina on Saturday. The operation was conducted on Reservation Road west of Vista Del Camino between 7 and 9:30 p.m. Officers screened nearly 250 vehicles. One driver was arrested on suspicion of drunken driving and another was apprehended on suspicion of driving under the influence of drugs. Both suspects were booked into Monterey County Jail. (S.G.)
