(10:38) MONTEREY COUNTY – Three people were arrested in a probation sweep in Monterey County yesterday. The operation targeted nearly 300 parolees across the county. The first two arrests were made at a home on the 20000 block of Spence Road in Salinas. Both residents, 48-year-old Johnny Manriquez and 45-year-old Christina Pitre were found in possession of methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia. The third suspect was arrested at his residence on the 33000 block of Gloria Road in Gonzales. 35-year-old Charles Bailey was found in possession of marijuana. All three suspects were taken into custody. (S.G.)
