(08:26) MONTEREY COUNTY – Monterey County residents are invited to attend one of two public hearings addressing the unification of the Greenfield Union School District. At the meetings, Monterey County education officials will consider the possibility of bringing Greenfield High School under the control of the newly unified school district. The high school is currently administered by the South Monterey County Joint Union High School District. The first meeting will be held Tuesday at 6:30 p.m. at the Vista Verde Middle School gym in Greenfield. The second meeting will take place at 6:30 p.m. Wednesday at the King City Fairgrounds’ Orradre Building. (S.G.)
