Scotts Valley police arrested two brothers on Monday. Shortly before noon police responded to a report of men fighting with a baseball bat on the 100 block of Mount Hermon Road. On scene officers found brothers 24 year old William Burns and 23 year old Shane Williams still yelling at each other. William Burns was arrested for assault with a deadly weapon and Shane Burns was arrested for violating a restraining order.
