Both northbound lanes on Highway 101 near King City were closed for less than an hour yesterday after a car lost control and crossed the center divide colliding into another vehicle. Police say 20-year old Christina Nguyen of San Jose was traveling southbound on Highway 101 near Central Avenue at 5 p.m. when she drove her Camry into the northbound lanes slamming into a 1999 Ford Ranger pickup. The driver of the pick-up, 32-year old Hugo Silva-Cortes, Nguyen along with 2 passengers in Nguyen’s car, were all taken to area hospitals with major and minor injuries.
