A 3rd person, who is believed to have been involved in a 2014 Easter Sunday shooting in Hollister, has been arrested. 22 year-old Larry Quiroz was spotted by law enforcement officers over the weekend, and although he tried to escape they caught him. Quiroz was booked into San Benito County Jail. Quiroz is also believed to have run from officers earlier this month in Gilroy, causing them to briefly shut down Highway 101.
