2 juveniles were arrested this morning in Watsonville. the 14 and 15 year-old graffiti vandals face charges in connection with tags found on the 300 block of Locust Street. A 24 year-old man was also recently arrested for graffiti near the Erik’s Deli in Watsonville. the teens were booked into Santa Cruz County Juvenile Hall, while Javier Alvarado was booked into Santa Cruz County Jail.
