(15:59)SALINAS- Salinas police have announced the 2nd victim of a March shooting has died. Authorities say that on March 25th units responded to a shooting on the 200 block of Dennis Avenue. At the scene police located two cousins suffering from gunshot wounds. 31 year old Fidencio Torres-Vega was pronounced dead at the scene. 33 year old Rutilio Salvador Vega was hospitalized and died of his injuries earlier this week. He was Salinas’s 15th homicide victim
