Doug Winfrey and Dr. Wallach discuss a news artilce regarding a study from China. Researchers found that older people who ate at least 10 grams of nuts daily were less likely to show signs of cognitive decline compared to those who don’t eat nuts. Doc asserts that people should avoid eating peanuts. Stating that peanuts are prone getting a type of fungus that can cause severe health problems.
