Watsonville city leaders have approved a contract with the Salvation Army….to re-open the South County Winter Homeless Shelter on Grant Street. They’ll have expanded day-center services that allow access to showers, laundry, mail, internet and social services. The 38-bed shelter is expected to remain open until April 15th.
