Police in Watsonville arrested a man this week who was found peeping in a woman’s window and prowling around her backyard. 26-year old Luis Rodriguez Lopez was first seen on the woman’s Hill Avenue property before officers later detained him on Tuttle Avenue. Lopez was arrested and booked into Santa Cruz County Jail on suspicion of disorderly conduct for loitering, peeping and an outstanding warrant.
