A Watsonville man was taken into custody on suspicion of burglary yesterday in Santa Cruz County after a neighbor spotted the man stealing a bicycle. 23-year old Angel de Jesus Diaz Gonzalez was coming out of a garage of a Sombra Court home, near Green Valley Road with a bicycle when he was seen by the 62-year old neighbor. The neighbor notified police and Diaz Gonzalez was arrested around 4:30 p.m.
