After a neighbor spotted an unfamiliar woman in a neighbor’s window she called police. The neighbor reportedly saw Erin Reis inside the Aptos home on Rio Del Mar Boulevard.
Santa Cruz Sheriff’s Deputies were called and arrested Reis, who they said had stolen items from at least two burglaries.
