(13:11) WATSONVILLE- Authorities arrested two known gang members on Thursday. The arrests took place at about 6 p.m. when gang task officers responded to a tip involving gang members engaged in illegal activity on the 100 block of Jefferson Street. Arriving officers performed a probation compliance search of the vehicle the men were occupying and seized a loaded 9mm pistol and walkie-talkies. 19 year old Daniel Paiagua and 19 year old Rodrigo Garcia were booked into county jail
