Watsonville police arrested a Santa Cruz man on weapons charges yesterday (Thurs). Shortly before 1 p.m. patrol units responded to Hangar Way to investigate conflicting reports of brandishing and shots fired. At the scene officers determined that no shots had been fired, however a gun was located and 37 year old Zechariah Stansbury was arrested on weapon brandishing charges.
