Santa Cruz deputies made short work of arresting a wanted man who had been living out-of-state.
Deputies say Thomas Haggett was outside California in December when they served a search warrant at his Soquel apartment where they found two illegal firearms.
After Haggett returned to Santa Cruz County last week he was quickly arrested by Narcotics and Gang Enforcement officers. At the time of his arrest, Haggett was found to have a loaded handgun, an unloaded rifle and a large amount of ammunition and magazines.
