Watsonville police have nabbed the so called “rooftop burglar” who they believe is responsible for a string of burglaries at the “overlook shopping center”
Fermin Sanchez was arrested for one burglary but managed to cut off his electronic monitoring device. Police say, he then went on to break into and office building on main street and steal a t.v. but not before he was recognized on surveillance video.
Sanchez reportedly entered all the business’ thru their roofs. He was arrested on Tuesday.
