(15:30) Salinas- A vehicle chase began earlier today in King City when officials attempted to pull over a gray sedan with paper plates for a routine traffic stop. The pursuit began on highway 101 when the vehicle did not stop. CHP are currently working to perform a ‘felony stop’ on the vehicle heading from Gonzales towards Salinas, after the spike strips they deployed were ineffective.
