A 47 year-old woman was arrested after a 2-and-a-half hour long stand-off in Santa Cruz yesterday. Starting around noon, Lisa Isidro reportedly brandished a skinny, long-bladed, knife at several people….who were just trying to cross the Water Street Bridge. They called law enforcement, and officers came out (with people from Santa Cruz County Mental Health and a Negotiator).
Officers were able to arrest Isidro, with no one getting injured by the knife.
