(08:00) Santa Cruz – The man who was shot and killed Monday night in Santa Cruz has been identified. Police found 36 year old Samuel Marroquin just before 10:30 near the Lorenzo River Levee and Broadway Bridge suffering from multiple gunshot wounds to the head and body. Anyone with any information is encouraged to contact the Santa Cruz Police Department.
