(10:30) Monterey – A husky that was taken, from the SPCA for Monterey County, has been returned and reunited with her 8 puppies. The owner’s of the husky had been under investigation for an animal cruelty case. Employees at the SPCA for Monterey County announced that, the mother and her 8 puppies, are recovering and should be adoptable in the coming months.
