(17:00) MOSS LANDING AREA – The driver of the S-U-V in yesterday’s fatal head-on accident near Moss Landing has been charged. 19 year-old Lynnea Hernandez, who suffered a lacerated liver in the accident, faces charges of D-U-I resulting in injury or death, Gross Negligent Manslaughter and possession of methamphetamine, in connection with the death of 24-year-old Prunedale resident Nikolas Agustin Malliarodkis. Her 6 passengers also suffered injuries, and 2 of those were critical ones. The 7 girls in the s-u-v, several of whom attend u-c-s-c, were headed to Big Sur for their spring break.
