A family of 3 were rescued and transported to an area hospital (after they, and their inflatable boat) were swept out to sea off Carmel River State Beach. While the small child and man were listed in stable condition after being rescued; the woman was not conscious (and C.P.R. was being conducted) as the 3 were taken to Community Hospital Of The Monterey Peninsula.
