(06:15) Crews began working on an emergency project to replace a culvert on westbound Highway 68 between Quail Ridge Lane and Corral de Tierra Road near Monterey. Work is SCHeduled to take place between the hours of 8 p.m. and 5 a.m. through Friday morning, November 3. Motorists will encounter one-way reversing traffic control with delays not to exceed 20 minutes.
