Scotts Valley Police have arrested two people on felony charges after a Tuesday night traffic stop.
Officers say they stopped a vehicle because of a mechanical violation, after which their K-9, named Odin, alerted police of drugs in the vehicle.
Police said they found drugs, burglary tools, and a large amount of mail that was addressed to people in northern Scotts Valley.
Both occupants were arrested and booked into the Santa Cruz County Jail.
