An 80 year-old man, who was fatally stabbed last week in the Twin Lakes area of Santa Cruz, has been identified. Docher Shagay was stabbed in the neck September 1st, at a home on the 700 block of Heath Cove. Shagay’s 27 year-old grandson (Phillip Talyansky) has been charged with the murder. His bail has been set at 850 thousand dollars.
