Some of the metrics in the cases of Covid-19 in the tri-county area have gone down, however, others have gone up in the same time frame. There have now been 4 deaths each, reported in Santa Cruz and San Benito counties…..and 26 deaths reported in Monterey county. Aside from that, the Positivity Rate has noticeably dropped in all 3 counties, although they have not yet dropped back down below the 100 cases per 100-thousand residents, needed to re-open the counties again.
