(09:30) Live Oak – A public hearing on the draft 2040 Metropolitan Transportation Plan, in is scheduled to take place today in the Live Oak area, of Santa Cruz. The open house begins at 6 p.m. and the hearing starts 7 p.m. at the Simpkins Family Swim Center, located at 979 17th Avenue. The public comment period ends February 5th.
