A teenager was injured when he was struck by a car in Seaside last night. Officials say the 13-year-old victim was running with another teen on Del Monte Boulevard near Canyon Del Rey Boulevard when he was hit by a vehicle. He sustained a head injury and was airlifted to a Bay Area trauma center. His condition is unknown at this time. Del Monte Boulevard was closed while police conducted an investigation.
