(10:50) SCOTTS VALLEY- Scotts Valley police are asking the public’s assistance in locating a stolen vehicle. The vehicle is a specially modified 2005 Honda Element. The vehicle is gray with black trim and has been fitted with hand controls and a wheelchair ramp. The van was stolen sometime before Saturday morning on the 100 block of Bethany Drive. Anyone with information is encouraged to contact Scotts Valley police.
