A fatal accident in salinas on Sunday left a 17-month old child dead. The little girl, Arely Montez, had wandered out of a house on the 7-hundred block of Josephine street, just as a 21-year-old relative was driving down the driveway. She walked in front of the vehicle, and was struck. The girl was taken to a local hospital, where she was pronounced dead.
