Santa Cruz police officers are still investigating, and reviewing security video footage of, a Sunday night shooting that they believe was gang-related. Anyone with information about the 9 p-m shooting near the intersection of 3rd and Front Streets, and Cowells Beach, is encouraged to contact the Santa Cruz Police Department.
