Michelin-starred chef David Kinch is opening a new restaurant at Aptos village. The restaurant is not yet named.
Kinch, who has three Michelin stars, also operates Manresa restaurant in Los Gatos, as well as Baywater and the Manresa Bakery.
Aptos village is a $40 million dollar development being built on trout gulch road. Other new tenants include the Penny Ice Creamery, Sockshop and Shoe Co., and the locally-owned Cat and Cloud Café.
The center was originally scheduled to open this fall and construction is continuing.
