The members of the Soquel Creek Water District board are scheduled to consider approving an option to buy a parcel on Chanticleer Avenue. They say it’s the preferred live oak location for, at least part of, the recycling plant known as Pure Water Soquel. The meeting is slated to be held tonight in the Capitola City Council Chambers starting at 6:30 p.m.
