Santa Cruz county has moved from the #4 “purple” to the #3 “red” tier for Coronavirus cases. That means businesses like retail, gyms and even schools can reopen, but with restrictions.
Dine-in restaurants, movie theaters, ans places of worship are among those businesses that can reopen, provided capacity is limited to 25% or 100 people–whichever is fewer.
Nail salons can also resume indoor services with modifications and fewer clientele.
