Soledad Mourns 02-26-20 10:23 S.S.

Soledad  police  officer  Kevin  McArthur  died  in  a  traffic  accident  over  the  weekend.  McArthur  had  been  chosen  as  the  “officer  of  the  year”  2  years  in a  row.  He  is  survived  by  his  parents….who  live  in  Salinas.
