A 29 year-old Soledad man has been arrested in connection with the continuous sexual abuse of a child. The now 14 year-old alleged victim told law enforcement officers that her relative abused her for 7 years. The Soledad man was booked into Monterey County Jail, and his bail has been set at 16 million dollars.
