A convicted serial child molester has been sentenced to 391 years-to-life in prison. 52 year-old David Bloomer was most recently found guilty of 11 felony counts involving a 10 year-old Pacific Grove girl, while he lived in the child’s home for 6 weeks in 2019. He was also convicted of similar crimes (but with other children) back in 1995, 2007, and 2008.
