(17:35) SALINAS – The newly chosen Salinas police chief was introduced to the Salinas city council this morning. Adele Frese is the current chief of police in Greenfield. She’ll take over as the top cop in Salinas when current Police Chief Kelly McMillin steps down October 1st.
