(18:40) BIG SUR – The 2016 Big Sur River Run has been cancelled for this year. That’s because a portion of the race-course runs through one of the state parks that is closed because of the Soberanes Fire. People who pre-registered for the October 22nd race can either apply for a refund, or donate the money to the Big Sur Volunteer Fire Brigade and the Big Sur Health Center.
