The critical fire conditions warning is expected to go into effect at 3 p-m tomorrow, and last until 9 p-m Thursday night. The area impacted is a portion of the los padres national forest….and the area that includes the Soberanes Fire. West to northwest winds of 10-20 miles per hour are expected…switching to northwest with possible gusts up to 40 miles per hour.
