(18:20) SANTA CRUZ – A 3rd person has been arrested in connection with an August fatal shooting on the San Lorenzo River Levee. 41 year-old Cristobal Natividad is believed to have been in close contact with Nino Ruiz And Jenessa Kic after their victim died. Natividad was booked into Santa Cruz County Jail.
